Public API, JavaScript SDK and developer docs

Your own listings and orders in Marka can now be read and managed from code.

• Developer docs live at docs.joinmarka.com: guides, an API reference rendered from the OpenAPI contract, and the OpenAPI file itself.
• API keys are created under Settings, API keys, and sent in an x-api-key or Authorization: Bearer header to the /api/v1 endpoints.
• `@joinmarka/sdk` on npm is a typed client for the API. Install it with npm install @joinmarka/sdk. Version 0.1.0 was published the same day.
