@joinmarka/sdk 0.2 matches the current API

Version 0.2.0 of `@joinmarka/sdk` brings the client back in step with the API. Several fields were renamed on the server after 0.1.0, and a 0.1.0 client that sends the old names is rejected, so upgrade and rename them.

• Listing requests use categoryPath and attributes instead of categoryId and attributesJson, and listing and order responses use the matching names.
• Three order statuses the server never produced were removed from the types.
• Version 0.2.1, released the same day, makes the MCP server report the installed package version during the handshake.
